Among the voices called to reflect on the challenges of leadership in the era of artificial intelligence there is also that of Gianluigi Greco, rector of the University of Calabria and professor of computer science. The Unical teacher was in fact among the protagonists of “Visions of leadership”, the training program promoted by the Bank of Italy for its managers.
The series of meetings includes nine events dedicated to the experiences of representatives of institutions, entrepreneurs and rectors who have distinguished themselves at a national level and who are considered examples of leadership in their respective fields.
In front of an audience of around 800 heads and managers of the Bank of Italy, together with representatives of the Presidency of the Republic, the Chamber and the Senate, on Monday 8 June Gianluigi Greco held a lectio magistralis dedicated to leadership as the ability to listen and relate, focusing on the challenges that leaders will be called upon to face in the age of artificial intelligence.
