A man was found dead inside the former Salamone restaurant, along the Panoramica road that leads from Vaccarella to Capo Milazzo. It is a structure that has been closed for decades and has remained unused for some time.
The discovery was made by family members who immediately raised the alarm. The 118 health workers and the Carabinieri of the Milazzo Company intervened on site and started investigations to reconstruct what happened.
The victim is believed to be a 44-year-old from Milazzo, born in 1982, whose details have not yet been disclosed. From an initial reconstruction, the hypothesis taken into consideration by the investigators is that of a voluntary gesture, also according to what was reported by the family.
The police carried out investigations inside the structure and collected useful testimonies to clarify the dynamics of the tragedy. Investigations continue to precisely reconstruct the last hours of the man’s life.
