There Budget law 2025 has introduced significant changes to two important economic support tools: theInclusion check (ADI) and the Support for training and work (SFL). The new measures aim to make these tools more accessible and adequate to the needs of the beneficiaries.
Changes to the inclusion allowance (ADI)
The main innovations concern the access thresholds and the amount of income integration:
- ISEE threshold raised by 9,360 euros to 10,140 euros;
- Family income maximum increased by 6,000 euros to 6,500 euros. For nuclei composed of people of equal or greater than 67 years or with severe disability or non self -sufficiencythe threshold passes from 7,560 euros for 8,190 euros (value multiplied by the equivalence scale provided for by art. 2 of the decree-law of 4 May 2023, n. 48);
- Access to ADI for families for rent: the family income threshold is elevated to 10,140 eurosas indicated in the DSU for ISEE;
- Incruption of income for leased families:
- For families for rent with registered contract, the maximum integration increases from 3,360 euros to 3,640 euros;
- For nuclei with people of equal or greater than 67 years or with severe disability or non self -sufficiencythe amount passes from 1,800 euros for 1,950 euros.
Examples of calculation of ADI for one person
- Zero income and rent of 4,500 euros: Equal to 10,140 euros per year (845 euros/month);
- Income of 6,500 euros and rent of 3,000 euros: Equal to 3,000 euros per year (250 euros/month);
- Income of 8,140 euros and rent of 3,640 euros: Equal to 3,640 euros per year (303.33 euros/month).
News on support for training and work (SFL)
The Budget Law 2025 has also enhanced the Support for training and work (SFL)intended to encourage job placement and professional updating.
The main changes are:
- ISEE threshold and family income raised by 6,000 euros to 10,140 euros;
- Increase in the monthly amount from 350 euros for 500 euros;
- Extension of the duration: the maximum limit of 12 months can be extended to A further 12 monthsprovided that the beneficiary frequent a training course at the expiry of the first 12 months. The economic benefit, after review of the Personalized service pact (PSP)will be paid until the end of the course for a maximum of 24 months overall.
