An argument leads to violence, an attack in Vibo Marina

Attack in broad daylight, today in Vibo Marina. Probably a few too many words set off the spark because, after having had an argument, one of the two men went into a rage, attacking the other. The protagonists are a local man, who was the one who got the worst of it, and a 40-year-old from Eastern Europe. It happened near the local post office, the victim’s destination, because the Romanian was just passing through. The exact circumstances that led to the attack are not yet clear. But, according to initial reconstructions, after a brief discussion, the Romanian lost control and attacked the other violently. Now the developments of the investigations launched by the Carabinieri of the Vibo Marina station will provide clarity. In fact, yesterday the soldiers who arrived on site blocked the Romanian citizen, taking him to the barracks for identification. The victim was instead transported to Jazzolino for treatment.
