Offering support to Calabrian construction companies in difficulty for too many “run -over” credits was already the objective of law 25 voted on May 15, 2024 by the Regional Council. Now the center -right returns to the office on the transfer of tax credits deriving from the energy efficiency of the building heritage: too many cases of subjects who, after practicing the discount on the invoice and acquired the relative tax credit pursuant to the decree law 34/2020, are unable to monetize it for the intervening congestion of the transfers system.
The novelty, on the input of Fratelli d’Italia, is the approval in the fourth commission of a bill that retouches the previous one in the usual direction of “expanding the ability of intervention” by the Region “in the regulated matters”. The examination of the text – signed by the Melonian councilors Pietro Molinaro, Luciana De Francesco, Sabrina Mannarino and Antonio Montuoro – was completed yesterday in a quarter of an hour.
