The regional Court of Auditors has approved the Rebalancing Plan of the Municipality of Capo d’Orlando, prepared to eliminate the administrative deficit of 46,500,000 euros recorded at the end of 2022, and the nightmare of the default experienced for almost three years in the corridors of the Palace vanishes amid the smiles of the municipal administrators. An approval almost anticipated by the brevity of yesterday morning’s hearing when in Palermo the administrative judges listened to the mayor Franco Ingrillì, who arrived in the capital with the budget councilor Enza Giacoponello, with the municipal secretary Carmela Caliò and with the chief accountant Antonella Micale, for some clarifications on the strategies implemented to set aside 2,200,000 euros every year to eliminate the deficit.
