The formal act from the securities enforcement judge arrived on Tuesday, declaring the enforcement process relating to the foreclosure against Catanzaro Servizi by the former Aurora srl company, now Calmefin Immobiliare srl, extinguished. A statement that had been anticipated by Southern Gazette in recent days and which was formalized by the judge who took note of both the waiver filed last March 12 by Calmefin Immobiliare and the additional documentation presented last Monday. With the declaration, the sums that had ended up “under lock and key” were therefore released, tying up the financial flows of the investee company. The basis for the waiver of the enforcement procedure is the reaching of an agreement on a new transaction of 1.85 million euros to close the Parco Romani affair.
