«A real odyssey that many teachers are experiencing to access the Christmas Bonusdue to the serious disservices found on the NoiPA platform”: the Teachers Guild says sowhich expresses strong concern.

«Although the deadline for sending the request is set for November 22, many teachers report that their personal area is missing the “Services” section, which is essential for completing the procedure. Apparently NoiPA’s technical support times are also extremely slow, with resolution times of up to 15 days, making it impossible to meet the deadline. An unacceptable situation which confirms the inadequacy of digital platforms in ensuring an efficient service for school staff, as well as the risk of being denied a fundamental economic right, further compromising the climate of trust towards the institutions”, states the union. For these reasons, the Guild urgently requests the immediate extension of the deadline for requests for the Christmas Bonus, the intervention of the MEF and the competent authorities to promptly resolve the technical problem and the guarantee of operational support dedicated to the teachers involved.

«We reiterate our willingness to collect teachers’ reports and assist them in protecting their rights. Furthermore, we urge the Government to adopt concrete measures to prevent similar inconveniences from recurring”, concludes the Teachers’ Guild.
