Opening a company is easier today. To help aspiring entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs in this journey, there is the national platform “Sni, New Business Service”created by Unioncamere together with the Chambers of Commerce and aimed at orientation and support for the start-up of new businesses. In Messina, it has been active for just over a year and the results were presented this morning at the Chamber of Commerce Palace, as part of the meeting “Youth and work: entrepreneurship and innovation”.
Around 70 of them turned to the Sni desk of the Chamber of Commerce to request information and assistance on their business ideas, including, mainly, the opening of campsites and bed & breakfasts, catering services and activities in the sector of e-commerce.
«The help desk offers concrete support to anyone who intends to open a company – states the general secretary of the Chamber of Commerce, Paola Sabella – by providing information for a pre-feasibility analysis of the business idea you wish to develop. Every year, around 300 thousand people in Italy decide to start an entrepreneurial activity and thus embrace the challenges of the future. Young and old, united by the desire to achieve their business goals. But many still give up today, due to doubts about regulations, tools, solutions and methods. This is why it is important to be able to count on a specialized service, which the Chamber of Commerce makes available to aspiring and new entrepreneurs.” The help desk also offers personalized guidance and information consultancy for carrying out independent activities, both business and professional; indications and support in the establishment of innovative start-ups or in the development of a new innovative project.
The Sni platform was presented by Cinzia Tonin of the Milan Chamber of Commerce, coordinator of the training-animation working group of the Sni portal, and Erasmo Di Giorgio of the Foggia Chamber of Commerce, member of the training-animation working group of the Sni portal, both of whom intervened remotely. Immediately afterwards, Marialaura Vadalà, Digital promoter and Sni Desk representative of the Chamber of Commerce, illustrated the Digital Business Point of the Chamber of Commerce and its role in supporting medium and small businesses, and then focused on the 5.0 transition plan, including the double transition, digital and ecological.
Finally, the consultants Maria Pia La Rocca and Elena Saitta placed emphasis on the services offered by Sportello, while the entrepreneur Antonino Modica recounted his personal experience and the birth of his candied fruit company.
