Antonio Armentano, a technical member of the Single Contracting Authority, was assisted by the lawyer Franco Sammarco. At the end of the interrogation, the investigating judge considered the circumstantial evidence to be ‘unfounded’, revoking the measure of suspension from the exercise of public offices and services.
