Cosenza’s progression continues. Buscè’s team changed pace from mid-February onwards. After Giugliano’s defeat they scored the same number of points as Benevento (23), establishing themselves as one of the fittest teams in the entire Serie C. With this score, the rossoblù are approaching the playoffs as one of the major teams accredited to complete an important journey. In ten games, the Sila have gained three points over Casertana and nine over Catania and Salernitana. The pace inflicted allowed Garritano and his associates to climb to third place in the ranking. The home defeat of Serse Cosmi’s Granata against Benevento allowed Cosenza to return alone to the lowest step of the podium. At the end of the season, now, the Bruzia team cannot allow themselves distractions. The pressure from Casertana and Salernitana itself, which despite the defeat remained in their wake (in the event of finishing on equal points, the Campania team would be ahead of the Wolves) and the comparison with the teams in the other two groups do not allow the possibility of giving discounts to anyone.

The rossoblù have three points more than Lecco, competing with Union Brescia, Trento (who today recovers the match against Inter U23) and Renate for the positions between the second and fifth of group A. The silani have the same number of points as the Brescians, currently second, and are ahead of the other two. Furthermore, over all of them, they can show off a higher number of victories (18). However, they are behind Ravenna, third place in group B.
