Mayor Franz Caruso fully agrees with the tough stance taken by the minority group leaders at Palazzo Campanella aimed at bringing the PPA on the abrogative referendum of the law on Differentiated Autonomy to the floor before the summer break.

Although unable to participate, due to previously undertaken institutional commitments, in the initiative launched yesterday morning in Reggio Calabria on the occasion of the meeting of the “Institutional Affairs” Commission, the mayor of Cosenza sent a message of participation and appreciation to councilors Bevacqua, Tavernise and Lo Schiavo, which reads: “That launched is a battle that I fully share and that, personally, I intended to carry forward from the very beginning against a wicked law that causes immeasurable damage to Italy and to the South of the country, with particular reference to Calabria which is among the poorest regions in the South itself”.
