Lazio president Claudio Lotito will ask to be heard, in the next few hours, by the public prosecutors of Rome as part of the investigation into the accusations made against the president of the FIGC, Gabriele Gravina. “They instrumentally confuse the political level with personal facts that have nothing to do with it”, the president of Lazio and senator of Forza Italia told Tg1, regarding the investigation in Perugia into alleged cases of dossier.
The dossier refers to alleged illicit activities of President Gravina himself after the transmission of the documents from the DNA to Rome on 23 March 2023 on a report of a suspicious operation (SOS) which was then contested by the Perugia Prosecutor's Office for forgery and abuse of office for the deputy prosecutor of the DNA Antonio Laudati and for the financier Pasquale Striano. This was made known by the lawyer of Lazio's number one and senator of Forza Italia, the lawyer Gian Michele Gentile, who explains: “He will ask to be heard on the Salernitana Calcio issue which is still an open wound for the president and has caused a lot of damage.” In recent months Lotito had already been heard by the magistrates of Perugia.
