Despite the political earthquake that on Tuesday caused the decline of the Provincial Council with the resignation of 7 out of 10 councillors, the president Corrado L’Andolina reiterated that he does not intend to leave the leadership of the organisation: «The decline of the Council leads me, even more so, to remain in my role. The Province cannot afford to lose, in addition to the council meeting, also the presidency.”
But the air around L’Andolina becomes increasingly heavier and crosses the boundaries of the institution to arrive in Zambrone, the municipality of which he is mayor and on which the political spotlight has been focused for days.
