He stole from a school in Sant’Agata Militello, a 19-year-old under house arrest

A nineteen-year-old from Sant’Agata Militello is under house arrest. In recent months, officers had carried out investigations in relation to a theft perpetrated against a local school, up to the young man. For those facts, the investigating judge of Patti in April had ordered the precautionary measure of the obligation to stay. The subsequent police checks, however, made it possible to ascertain the violation of the imposed measure, which was therefore aggravated because the same: “demonstrated that the measure of the obligation to stay evidently does not appear in any way suitable to assert the authority of the imposed control”.
