The judge also ordered the cancellation of the charge of attempted extortion, contested to Mario Minieri, which will be discussed before the Court of Crotone, first hearing on 5 September 2024. The first hearing before the preliminary hearing judge is scheduled for November 7.
The crimes contested under various titles are criminal association, organized activities for the illicit trafficking of waste, environmental pollution and fraud in public supplies.
