The Cannizzaro municipal libraryin agreement with the Administration through the councilor for cultural policies Enzo Caruso, has planned various initiatives for different age groups which, starting from the reading of stories and illustrated books, involve participants in creative and playful activities. There will be readings in English and Spanish, on the occasion of Halloween, Christmas and Easter the little ones will participate in creative crafts and/or literary bingo. There will also be quiz games for International Game day, a photography workshop and the AperiLibro for young adults. The Book Club will be tinged with yellow this year.
The events in the Library are scheduled from 31 October 2024 until 8 May 2025, with the following calendar, by age group: from 6 to 9 years – 31/10 Waiting for Halloween, readings and games; 28/11 Read & Play with us, English language lab; 21/01 Lee y juega con nosotros, Spanish language lab; 20/03 Spring is coming, Readings and workshops; 15/04 Easter. What a surprise!, Artistic workshop; from 10 to 12 years – 03/01 Literary bingo; 13/03 I fly with you!, Lab. on awareness; 22/04 Let’s create a Pop-up book, waiting for book day; from 13 to 16+ years – 14/11 International Game day, Quiz game; 18/02 Photography workshop, Create your own darkroom; 08/05 AperiLibro/Book Party.
