Tuesday July 30th from 6pm in Capo D’Orlandoin the suggestive location of Villa Piccolo, the Capitolo 18 bookshop in Patti, in collaboration with the Piccolo family foundation of Calanovella, presents: Kebab with everything. Poetry reading dedicated to the namesake, Davide Galipò’s latest workpublished by Edizioni del Faro. He will be in conversation with the author, Alessandro Greco.
Born in ’91, originally from Capo d’Orlando, Galipo and graduated in modern literature in Bologna with a thesis on the Dadaist poetry of the Neo-avant-garde. Founder of the poetic action group Salinikahas published numerous collections of verses (Istruzioni alla rivolta, Personal Trainer, 2020, 2023, both for Eretica editions; the visual poems of Vicolo, ed. Modo infoshop, 2015) and recorded albums of both poetic readings and indie rock genre under the name of Galipoe.

His language was inspired by the poets of the American beat generation – Allen Ginsberg, Gregory Corso, Lawrence Ferlinghetti– and the Italians Elio Pagliarani, Eduardo Sanguineti and Nanni Balestrinion which texts he graduated.
