There are important economic investments, but also institutional agreements with local and national entities, at the basis of a sort of “real estate turning point”, with the thousand quotation marks of the case, of the mayor Federico Basile. Who, both wearing the tricolor sash and the blue one as metropolitan mayor, in the last year has closed or is about to close some operations that will lead the Municipality (or the metropolitan city, in one case) to appropriate or at least manage spaces and properties which, until recently, were not his concern. The public body is “expanding”, we will see over time with what results, even if in at least one case, the announcement phase has not been followed, for the moment, by the consequent actions.
