Messina was the setting for the seventh stage of the tour promoted by Red Shrimp to enhance the quality pizza paired with Sannio wines. The protagonist of the evening was the Pizzeria Piedimonte 1.0 in Rodia, where over 100 guests were able to taste an exceptional menu signed by the master pizza chef Enzo Piedimonte.
Piedimonte shared the scene with him chef Paolo Romeowhose intervention gave a distinctive touch to the choice of ingredients of the four dishes served during the event. The culinary experience was enhanced by the contribution of well-known Messina ice cream maker Giuseppe Arenaauthor of a dessert that won over those present.
Among the guests stood out not only gastronomy enthusiasts, but also members of the municipal council, demonstrating the importance of the event for the promotion of the territory and its excellence.
