The water recovery system at the end of the historic fountain in Paradiso is now active. The intervention is part of the actions useful for mitigating the inconveniences due to water shortages.

The plant, designed and built by AMAM SpA, consists of two polyethylene tanks with a capacity of 10,000 litres each, located on the Paradiso beach, in the area immediately below the historic fountain called “Due becchi“.

These tanks act as a collection basin for end-of-course water, which would otherwise be lost. The system is completed by an electric booster pump, which, through a special collector, sends the recovered water flow towards a loading mouth for tankers, located at the edge of the access ramp to the beach.
