Serie C calendar released. Messina will make their home debut against Potenza on August 25. The game will be played in the evening, as it will be for the first days, to avoid high temperatures. For that day, the Franco Scoglio pitch will have to be ready after the four concerts of Geolier, Ultimo, Zucchero and Max Pezzali.
In the second championship match Messina will face Cerignola awayagainst whom he made his debut last season, and following at home against Tarantoa calendar which therefore follows that of the last tournament. On September 15th the match at the Ezio Scida against Crotonethen Casertana at Franco Scoglio and in the first midweek round away to Latina on September 25. Four days later another away game, this time in Picerno. On October 6 home game against Benevento then the first Sicilian derby, the one in Trapani. Then Monopoli at home, Avellino away, Cavese at Franco Scoglio in the second midweek round of the three scheduled and on the 13th day the second Sicilian derby in Catania.
On November 10th, there will be a home match against Giugliano, followed by an away match against Altamura, one of the newcomers to the tournament, at home against Sorrento, followed by an away match in Torre del Greco, a home match against Foggia and the closing of the first half of the season. Alessandria on December 15th against Juve Nextthe big news in the southernmost group of Serie C. Messina will therefore face two away matches between the end of the first leg and the start of the second leg which will open with the match in Potenza.
