To allow an exercise at the ‘Brancato’ tunnel, this night there will be restrictions on vehicular transit on the A2 ‘Autostrada del Mediterraneo’, between the Bagnara Sant’Elia and Scilla junctions in the province of Reggio Calabria.
For the regular carrying out of the planned activities, it will be necessary to close the southern carriageway from km 408.450 to km 422.850, with the simultaneous closure of the southbound entrance ramp of the A2 at the Bagnara/Sant’Elia junction, starting from 11.00 pm this evening and until 3.00 am tomorrow 7 November.
Light traffic heading south will be diverted, with mandatory exit from the motorway at the Bagnara Sant’Elia junction at km 422.850, continuation on the SS18 ‘Tirrena Inferiore’ towards A2, and return to the motorway at the Scilla junction at km 422.850. For heavy vehicles, a storage area is planned towards the south in the square in front of the “Annunziata” commercial park in Gioia Tauro (RC).
