The Collegiate Court of Reggio excluded any liability towards Francesca Arlotta, Francesca Barillà, Grazia Bellantoni, Michelangelo Bueti, Giovanna Busceti, Giuseppe Calarco, Maria Caracciolo, Grazia Carbone, Miseo Stefano Carbone, Teresa Carbone, Gaetana Patrizia Creazzo, Rosa Gramuglia, Emanuela Locri, Carmela Maria Grazia Lumia, Antonino Marcianò, Anna Rita Scopelliti, Vittorio Sgarlata, Giuseppina Suraci, Francesco Vizzari, Giuseppe Romeo.
The Court also declared «the loss of effectiveness of the preventive release from seizure and the restitution of the assets to those entitled>, reserving the deadline for filing the reasons for 90 days».
