The increasingly marked presence of foreign residents is causing the real estate market on the Tyrrhenian coast of Cosenza to take off. If the population decline (due in particular to fewer births and emigration) is accentuated in the younger age groups, the decline relating to the marked presence of new foreigners is constantly increasing. Men and women coming in particular from Eastern Europe (Romania), from South America (the new generations of natives returning to the country), from Morocco, but also from Ukraine and Russia who reside permanently in our territory.
