A snowball that became an avalanche. This is a bit like the effect that the Parco Romani “disaster” had on Catanzaro Servizi. Not only the over one hundred private investors, therefore, suffered very heavy financial consequences by purchasing portions of what should have become a business and commercial centre. The Municipality’s subsidiary, in fact, was first included in the “deal”, only to then be essentially dumped and left at the mercy of the situation, without any parachute.
