Three months of suspension for Maurizio Antonio Pagniello, current general director of ACR Messina, at the time president of Racing Catania Women’s Football Club, and a 300 euro fine to the company. The FIGC announced the agreement on sanctions reached with the Federal Prosecutor’s Office in official press release no. 143/AA. The complaints concern the failure to appoint the person responsible for combating abuse, violence and discrimination and the failure to adopt the organizational model and code of conduct envisaged for the protection of minors and the prevention of harassment, gender violence and discrimination.
