With sobriety, the “Reggio Calabria Street Food Fest” was inaugurated last night, the first edition of the great event of the taste signed and born together with the metropolitan city and the Municipality of Reggio Calabria.
There was no traditional ribbon cutting but, immediately, the suggestive beauty of the natural scenography of the promenade was evident Monumental Falcomatà that, until Sunday, will host the Food Village, between very good specialties in the area, gourmet digressions, natural “twinning” with dishes from other regions and, then, the show and disclosure in the show cooking area with, among the best, Calabrian and Sicilian chefs and experts talking about cuisine, opportunities, area, tourism, reception and territorial marketing.

In the show cooking area, Fortunato Aricò of the Officina del Gusto restaurant in Reggio Calabria performed at 7 pm with the ice cream makers Giuseppe Arena and to follow the ambassadors of the Messina taste, Francesco Arena (Panificio Francesco Arena, Messina), Pasquale Caliri (Gold Bistrot mixture, Messina) and the pastry chef Lillo brakes. On the stage of music, the performance of Katia Crocè Kc Project and Axioma Band who have kept company and entertained along the serpenton of the most beautiful kilometer in Italy.
