Trapped by the video surveillance images which filmed him while he was holding a rifle in his arms, he was thinking of soundly “punishing” another young man from the Pio Reggio Calabriadue to natural personal divergences and contrasts. A failed plan because the recipient of the punitive shipment was not present at the workplace.
A scenario in which “there are specific elements that lead to the belief that the danger of escape and the existence of serious clues are well founded”: for this reason, first the anti-mafia prosecutor’s office in Reggio issued an arrest as a suspect in the crime and then the investigating judge validated the same provision and at the same time issued a precautionary custody order in prison against Paolo Labate, 19 years old, from Reggio, who now responds to having been in possession and available of a rifle and a pistol and in particular to have planned the expedition punitive.
Defended by the lawyer Francesco Gatto of the Reggio Calabria Court, the 19-year-old suspect has already been subjected to questioning in which he chose to exercise the right not to answer.
