One was the most voted in the Democratic Party (Giuseppe Ranuccio); the other was the most voted in the League (Giuseppe Mattiani). Both are from Palmi and, although politically distant, both confirmed yesterday morning – during the radio broadcast “San Giorgio e il drago” hosted by Maurizio Insardà – that they will fight to obtain recognition from the Region of the transfer of delegations, functions and personnel from the Metropolitan City to provide, after over eleven years of incredible waiting, the Reggio area with a fully efficient and effective body, which will be a formidable tool for building development and the future of Reggio. Good news for Reggio, from whatever perspective you look at it. Because two leading politicians who have won a broad consensus and who are preparing to enter Palazzo Campanella as regional councilors of different parties (Mattiani could also be councilor in the next Occhiuto-bis) but who, for once, remember that they are from Reggio even before being the expression of a political party seems like a small Copernican revolution.
