The political barometer indicates storm in the area of Palazzo San Giorgio. And also from those of Palazzo Alvaro next door. Simul stabunt, simul cadent, the Latin wise men warned and so history threatens to repeat itself even in the sphere of politics. The latest reshuffle of the council carried out by the outgoing mayor Giuseppe Falcomatà had the merit of giving the classic stomach ache to all the majority groups that support (supported?) the majority, putting these last months of the council at risk. On Monday morning we will find out what the fate of the City Council will be and whether the path of the current Administration led by Deputy Mayor Paolo Brunetti who in the meantime greeted Matteo Renzi and hugged Elly Schlein will continue.
