A teaching teacher were recognized 4 thousand euros for not having benefited from the teacher card for 8 years. This was decided by the Court of Novara, in acceptance of the appeal filed by the lawyer Vincenzo Tiano del Foro di Cosenza. The Ministry of Education and merit was sentenced to deliver the “Electronic Charter for the updating and training of the role teacher of the educational institutions of all levels” to the teacher “provided for by law no. 107/2015, with crediting on the same of an amount of 4 thousand euros in total, or 500 euros for 8 school years in which he served with fixed -term contracts.
By recalling the legislation and the Eurounitarian and national jurisprudence on the matter, the Piedmontese labor judge reiterated that “to the teachers holding annual substitute contracts on positions in the staff of law (until August 31) or in fact (until 30 June), the teaching card is undoubtedly made, with consequent disapply of the regulations that limit their use to the teachers hired at a permanent permanent”. In addition, the Court has established that the benefit “must also be recognized in cases where the teacher has carried out, on an continuous basis and for a period assimilable to the entire school year, tasks fully comparable to those proper to the tenured personnel, although under the force of short and occasional substitute contracts”.
