Grappling with the last chapter of the new book on his history, with a pause to deliver a “motivational message” to the students of the “Salvatore Pugliatti” high school upon returning to school, the mayor Cateno De Luca works on the start-of-term report to draw up an assessment of the first three months of the legislature in Taormina.
