A new world record is about to be reached in Messina! It is about to arrive, in fact, the largest arancino in the world, created by Stefano and Davide Ferro of Panificio, Rosticceria and Pizzeria Panyllowith the support of Confcommercio Messina and the Confcommercio Messina Women’s Tertiary Group and with the support of the Municipality of Messina.
The spectacular event in which the judges of Guinness World Records – the international body in charge – will award the title, will take place today in Piazza Duomo starting from 4pm.
The press conference for the presentation of the event was held on Thursday at the Hall of Flags of the Municipality of Messina. The following spoke at the press meeting: the mayor of Messina, Federico Basile; the councilor for Entertainment and Major Events, Massimo Finocchiaro; Stefano and Davide Ferro of Panificio Panyllo and creators of the “Megarancino”; Sabrina Assenzio, president of the Gruppo Terziario Donna Confcommercio Messina and who created the territorial project “MEGARANCINO the largest arancino in the world: there is history inside”, involving companies and municipalities in the province.
