The province of Cosenza, with 45.8% of transactions, remained the hub of the regional market, followed by Catanzaro (18.8%) and Reggio Calabria (19.8%). However, tourist attractiveness and local economic growth continued to drive demand in the coastal areas, while the critical issues in smaller provinces such as Vibo Valentia and Crotone remained unchanged.
