The athlete of the Fiamme Oro – Youth section of Vibo Valentia Christian Boer he became the absolute Italian Champion in the under 15 weightlifting championships, held in Cosenza on November 5th
Christian Boer, 89 kg category, ranked first in the snatch with 80 kg and first in the clean and jerk with 100 kg, graduating as Italian Champion of the category.
The young man trains in the gym of the Student Agents School and is part of the Fiamme Oro Section, established on 1 June last year in Vibo Valentia.
The success adds to the silver medal won by Alessandra Castagna and to the bronze medal won by Antonio Bellissimo in the national under 17 championships held in Verona on 29 and 30 April 2023.
Yet another demonstration, Boer’s success therefore, of the quality of the work carried out within the sports structure inaugurated last year, under the guidance of the Deputy Superintendent of the State Police Moreno BoerOlympic athlete, 3rd level federal technician, in the awareness of the value of the youth sections of the Fiamme Oro, garrisons of legality in the area, which aim to affirm the values of sport among young people, starting from loyalty, team spirit, by solidarity and respect for the rules.
