A theme at the center of the episode of “Who has seen it?” it’s the story of Denis Bergamini, the Cosenza footballer found dead on the state road 106 Jonica, near Roseto Capo Spulico, on 18 November 1989. For years, his death was labeled a suicide, but after decades of doubts and investigations, the truth emerged: it was not he took his life, he was killed. 35 years later, the Court of Assizes of Cosenza issued the sentence in first instance for Isabella Internò, Denis’ ex-girlfriend, declaring her guilty of murder in collaboration with still unknown persons. He is present in the studio Donata Bergamini, sister of the victim, to share her pain and her battle for justice.
