In the historic center of Taormina, a stone’s throw from the struscio street and the many important boutiques with exclusive brands that have sprung up in recent years, the original business was a pub/wine shop and the passion for wine has remained unchanged both in the large and selected list that in the passion of those in the room who will offer you to taste it. All this accompanied by the dishes of the excellent Dalila Grillo, with her brother Ettore taking care of the room. Two tasting menus or a menu from which to necessarily choose three dishes: the creative and elaborate proposals juggle Sicilian references and beyond, served in a refined internal room. In summer, eating at the outdoor tables in front of the city promenade is particularly pleasant.

This is the description that can be read on the Michelin guide website. This year a new star went to Vineria Modì in Taormina and to the young chef Dalila Grillo, born in 1994. A very important recognition that rewards efforts and quality and showcases the skills of young female excellences as in the case of Dalila.
