The most beautiful villages in Italy return to challenge each other tomorrow at 8.35 pm on Rai3 at ‘Il Borgo dei Borghi’the Rai Culture program that year after year leads viewers to discover the small ‘pearls’. Camila Raznovich will guide the public on a journey through magnificent places on the peninsula, rich in history and culture. To aspire to the title of ‘Borgo dei Borghi’ also in this edition, there are twenty locations – one for each Italian region – selected for their beauty, their architecture, for the quality of life.
During the evening the ranking of the villages in the race will be revealed and, at the end of the competition, the most beautiful village in Italy of 2025 will be elected. Three exceptional jurors The travel companions of Raznovich will be: Alberta Campitelli, historian of the gardens and member of the Superior Council for Cultural and Landscape Heritage at the Ministry of Culture, which will be in Valeggio sul Mincio, to discover the blooms and wonders of the Sigurtà Garden Park, one of the most beautiful gardens in the world; The biologist and scientific popularizer Barbara Gallavotti, who will go to Val Trebbia, in the Piacenza hills, to tell the link with the territory and the fascinating story of Bobbio, winner of ‘The village of the Borghi 2019’; The historian and art popularizer Jacopo Veneziani, who instead will be on the banks of Lake Garda, between the breathtaking views of Sirmione and the Vittoriale of the Italians.
