Those who govern claim them as the right recognition in favor of the territories, as an action of good politics. Those in the opposition brand them as “electoral bribes”, some even go so far as to speak of “vote-swapping” operations. It’s democracy, beauty: on the nature of the appropriations that each budget law, among its more or less visible folds, accepts in favor of a Municipality, an Institution or a specific area of the country, there will never be agreement between the political parties. The list published by the “Sole” highlights how the 2025 budget law took into account above all Reggino and the city of Lamezia Terme. Even if the lion’s share from an economic point of view was made by the Immaculate Heart of Mary Foundation, refuge of souls, in Mileto (Vibo Valentia). Better known as the Natuzza Foundation, it received, with two separate grants from the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies, 2.74 million euros for assistance and social support.
