«Definitive solutions» and no more «stop-gap» measures to bring Catanzaro Servizi on the right tracks of economic stability. The sole director of the investee company of Palazzo De Nobili, Gianluca Silipo, intervenes on the economic-financial situation of the company grappling with a particularly delicate phase for its future, with the new service contract to be defined by November 30th. He therefore provides some useful elements to understand the state of health of the company he has been managing since last August, when the mayor Nicola Fiorita appointed him director. «That there is an economic-financial tension – explains Silipo – is a fact that has been established for several years and found in various financial statements. The company, in any case, pays its employees regularly, fulfills social security and tax obligations even if, today, with delays due to financial discrepancies”. As you will remember, in past years Catanzaro Servizi had to face the issue of debts towards Aurora srl (there were over 2 million at stake), those against a series of lawyers (page closed in recent months), various exposures between tax authorities, treasury and social security bodies (closed with a major conciliation with the staff); the Palazzo Scaccomatto issue and the moratorium with Sardaleasing. In short, many burning dossiers on the table.
