Also this year, the Christmas Concert in the Vatican paid homage to the beauty of flowers thanks to the generous donation of the Naples company Florencia Trade. For the second consecutive year, the Italian Florist and Florist Association (Affi), of which Florencia Trade is part, has renewed its participation and partnership with this important musical event, which this year celebrated its 35th edition. Broadcast in prime time on Canale5 on 25 December and, this afternoon, shown again on the screen of the Mediaset flagship network, the Christmas Concert in the Vatican offered the public and the artists an even more extraordinary experience thanks to the splendid floral compositions created by the talented team by flower designers from Affi. For these creations, they were used exclusively flowers with the “Fiori Italiani” brand, in particular those supplied by the Calabrian Florencia Trade of Pizzo, precisely. Among the varieties present: buttercups, carnations, sterlizia, anthurium, orchids, holly and green fronds. The furnishings and decorations of the Auditorium della Conciliazione in Rome were enriched with this wonderful floral presence, and welcome bouquets were also prepared for all the artists and for the presenter Federica Panicucci. Creations created by masters of floral composition, true experts in their field. Furthermore, the commitment of the Christmas Concert in the Vatican is not limited to music and visual elegance, but also extends to solidarity. Through a fundraising campaign, financing the Don Bosco Missions project “Save the girls of Sierra Leone from violence”. In particular, the initiative aims to build a shelter in the Don Bosco Fambul Centre, dedicated to girls aged between 9 and 17, offering them protection and a safe environment. In short, also thanks to the generosity of Florencia Trade and the dedication of the Italian Florist and Florist Association, the Christmas Concert in the Vatican was able to combine the beauty of flowers with musical art, creating an unforgettable atmosphere and contributing to the support of a noble cause.
