Continuity and identity: this was what Mister Longo asked of his boys who conquered the “De Cristofaro”, winning with a result of 3-1 over Giugliano and, with the second consecutive victory, they moved to 14 points in the standings. The Pythagoreans advance after just 6′ thanks to Tumminello’s goal who, served by Silva, scores past Russo. But Crotone’s advantage lasts just 7′ because Giugliano immediately equalizes the score with Padula who responds into the net after D’Alterio’s rebound from a cross shot by Njambe. On the half hour mark, Silva, who sensationally came close to scoring a few minutes earlier, does it again: Giron puts it in the middle, the ball reaches Gomez who passes it to Silva who this time doesn’t make a mistake. It’s 2-1 for the Calabrian guests. But not even a minute passes before the Sharks get the hat trick with the former player Oviszach, who goes up the left, centers himself, kicks and, also thanks to the deflection of an opposing defender, goes past Russo. In the second half Giugliano tried in every way to close the gap but Crotone defended well, with order, bringing home three very important points.
