The Israeli prime minister’s office confirms that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s private residence in Caesarea was targeted by a drone attack from Lebanon early this morning. In a short statement, it said the prime minister and his wife Sara were not at home at the time of the attack and that there were no injuries in the incident.

A video was posted on social media by some family members of the hostages who were demonstrating in front of the prime minister’s house: the images show several ambulances and security personnel. Kan public television showed the drone arriving in the area.

Two more drones launched from Lebanon were shot down by air defenses, triggering sirens in the Tel Aviv area.
