The Made in ItalyIn fact, it constitutes an indication of origin that – adds the ADM – defines the origin of an asset based on the unification provisions, in this case referring to the products made in Italy using Italian materials as well as following the traditions and Italian production techniques. The identification of the exact origin of the products is also indispensable from the customs point of view as necessary for the application of the commercial policy measures that affect only the original goods of certain countries “.
