A large missile attack was launched this morning in several waves by the Russian army on Ukraine, including on the capital where part of the city remained without electricity. Kiev Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko reported that two high-voltage lines in the capital were damaged by debris from rockets shot down by anti-aircraft fire: “Some of the users are currently without electricity,” he said. The Kremlin army attacked with Tu-95MS and Tu-22M3 missiles, ballistic missiles and drones.
