Suspended mayor of Reggio Calabria sent to trial Giuseppe Falcomatà. The Gup has ordered the trial for the “Miramare bis” investigation, where Giuseppe Falcomatà responds to abuse of office, was born from the complaint of the “Reggio Futura” movement which presented a complaint to the Public Prosecutor’s Office to highlight the “strangeness” of the failure to constitute the Municipality as a civil party in the Miramare trial, where it was the offended party. The accusatory theory, supported today in the Chamber by the deputy prosecutor of Reggio, Stefano Musolino, was therefore accepted: the trial was set in Court for November 14th.
