Attilio Nostro, Bishop of the diocese Mileto-Nicotera-Tropea, was discharged from the AOU “Renato Dulbecco” of Catanzaro where he was hospitalized following the illness he suffered on Tuesday afternoon. This was announced in a statement from the Diocese. The Bishop has returned to his home in Miletus, where he will remain at rest, following the doctors’ prescriptions. The Bishop is very grateful to all the healthcare personnel of the “Jazzolino” Civil Hospital of Vibo Valentia and of the “Renato Dulbecco” AOU of Catanzaro for their care and attention and, at the same time, expresses his gratitude to all those who have shown him affection and closeness in recent days. “Wishing him to continue his path to recovery with serenity – concludes the note from the Diocese – the people of God are invited to respect this time of convalescence and rest by continuing to support the Bishop with prayer”.
