The Butterflies in the wake of Tokyo confirm themselves in Paris: “It was not a given, shame about the faded silver”

The Blue Butterflies are radiant after winning bronze at the Paris 2024 Games. The first to speak, on RaiSport microphones, was captain Alessia Maurelli: “We confirmed our bronze after Tokyo and it was not a given. It is a very important result for gymnastics, arrived after three very difficult years. Thanks to all our coaches and our teammates. We never exposed ourselves and we continued to work hard, without disuniting. We achieved a great result”. Then Martina Centofanti spoke: “We managed to complete our competition well. The bronze is the result of a lot of work. We could have also achieved silver but we made some mistakes”. Also celebrating with them were Agnese Duranti, Alessia Maurelli and Daniela Mogurean
