Urban regeneration of the Sala neighborhood between intermodality and Parco Romani, location of the new hospital, relaunch of the historic center, extension of the metro to Germaneto. These are just some of the interventions being discussed or in the pipeline in the city. And the seaside district? What are the prospects for this strategic part of the regional capital? Within the future PSC there is talk of urban regeneration also for the Lido area, in particular in the rear port area, and of the tourist vocation of the Giovino sector. And then there is the port to be completed, with the recent green light for the largest part of the works which amount, overall, to around 40 million euros.
